Pardus is a Linux based distribution that has been developing under TUBİTAK-UEKAE, Turkey. If you have not tried it so far, you have really missed such a cool Linux distribution.
Today I have been struggling with setting up Enterprise DB into Pardus.
It is very easy to setup,
- Download Enterprise DB from http://www.enterprisedb.com/products/download.do
- Run postgresplus-8.4.1-2-linux.bin script
- Go to the bin/ directory
- Run "initdb" that initialize "data" directory.
